Good rooms and the wifi is good but a drawback... no lunch or dinner available... this place only has breakfast... funny you have to grab food from stores nearby

Decent location, staff is very helpful. Do note that there is a 1,500 thb deposit required per booked room. As far as I know there isn’t laundry on site but many laundromats nearby. Thanachot at front desk was very kind, helpful, and he was very empathetic. Rooms were clean, and the bathroom was also well maintained. Will for sure come and book here again when coming back to Phuket!

The accommodation was clean and the male staff member on the morning shift provided excellent service.

I'm not a guest, but I provide transportation services for customers, and I need to contact the reception staff. Taxis here cannot check in with customers; the staff instruct you to check in with each customer individually at their designated spot. Even if there are 4-5 buses dropping off and picking up customers, you still have to walk around and check in with each customer one by one. "The staff will treat you well when you are a guest."

The room was spacious and clean, nice pool, a bit complicated check-in.
