Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel Bangtao Beach Phuket

This hotel is a great value for money. Good location if you’re coming for a short stay and care about being close to the airport. Facilities are new, well equipped and service is top notch!

Good service, good breakfast

Everything is great in the room so clean, bed so comfy TV is newest version that you could watch others platform all shower jell stuff smells like banana which is cute and soft for my skin, Shout out for Benz(F&B) who stand by at the restaurant on her own with lots of customers and still welcoming us with smiles and greeting.

We arrived yesterday and upon checking in, we realized that we had accidentally booked the wrong branch. This hotel has several branches, but when you search the hotel name on Agoda without specifying the area, only two options under the company appear. One was the Blu Monkey Hotel Phuket Town, so we immediately assumed the other option was the Bangtao branch. It was also our fault for not double-checking the location before booking. It had been raining heavily and we had just come from Rawai, which was already about a 45-minute drive to Bangtao. Going to the hotel we mistakenly booked in Taladyai, Muang would have taken another 1–2 hours because of the terrible weather and traffic, so it was really stressful. Thankfully, Bie, one of the receptionists, was incredibly kind and helpful. She accommodated my request and contacted the other branch to explain our situation and ask if our stay could be credited to this branch instead. Luckily, they agreed. We only had to pay an extra fee of 630 baht for processing, even though the rooms at the other branch were actually more expensive. One of the staff explained that although they are under the same company, each branch apparently has different owners, which probably explains the arrangement. We were just so grateful that we didn’t have to waste our day traveling again and dealing with the bad weather. A big thank you to Bie for going above and beyond to help us. Her kindness and willingness to assist truly made a stressful situation much easier.

The standout of the stay. Ben was incredibly warm, friendly and genuine from the moment we arrived. He made us feel so at home, and that personal touch made all the difference. The hotel is a gem, and so is he.
