My wife and I came here together, and from the moment we arrived at The Pavilions Phuket, we knew this stay was going to be special. A huge thank you to Sai, who gave us exceptional service and truly set the tone for an amazing stay from the very beginning. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people we have met. We also want to thank Nung for recommending so many great places to visit around Phuket, your advice made our trip even more memorable. The buffet breakfast was honestly the best we had during our trip, with so many delicious options to choose from every morning. Every staff member we interacted with was always ready to help with a smile, and the level of hospitality throughout the resort was incredible. We stayed in the Tropical Pool Villa, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The private pool and views were amazing, and we loved the large bathroom and living space. Another thing that really stood out was the buggy service by far the quickest and most efficient we’ve experienced at any resort. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I want to sincerely thank each and every staff member we interacted with for making our stay so special. If anyone is questioning whether they should stay here please do. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Perfect location, perfect staffs . we will visit again

The ocean view villa was beautiful in every way, creating a private and intimate space in the middle of a large resort. All resort staff were lovely and attentive. The biggest challenge was planning around buggy availability, but the buggy’s are also a fun part of the experience. We had a beautiful stay here, thank you so much

Worst place ever to live at. No staff except receptionist. Full hotel empty. Lights off of the whole hotel. No A/C in the reception. No toothbrush in the hotel, not provided even after requested. Only 2 water bottles given if need more then buy. Very bad attitude of the staff. Very creepy and bad vibes from this hotel. 0 star. Would not recommend. Onlu plus point is that its close to old phuket main market road thats all.
