Metro City Hotel Baku

Wonderful

We stayed at the Metro City hotel, which was arranged by our tour company. It's a really good place to stay, with clean rooms, amenities, and a buffet breakfast and dinner. The staff's helpfulness is another plus. The only negative thing I can mention is the sewage smell in the bathroom. I believe they will fix that in time. Thank you.

I really liked the hotel itself, and especially the staff, especially Tamerlan. He was a very warm, sociable guy who was always helpful, offering advice on where to go and how to avoid being ripped off in the city. He helped us not only as an employee, but also as a local! Thank you!

My time at this hotel left a very positive impression overall. The level of service was high, and the professionalism of the staff at the reception was especially noticeable. The employee named Tamerlan caught my attention the most — he is very kind, sincere, and makes you feel at ease during a conversation. He patiently explains and tries to help when you have any questions. Employees like him make a great contribution to the image of the hotel and play an important role in making guests feel comfortable.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights had a good comfortable stay. Well maintained, clean and spacious room . Food was delicious, breakfast buffet options are limited but the food was really good. Located in the city everything available nearby.
