The hotel simply cancelled our booking, which we made eight months ago, and is refusing to offer a replacement hotel of the same standard. After several calls, they initially said they would cover the additional costs, but this was never confirmed in writing. After further calls, they offered cheaper alternatives that were nowhere near the category we had booked, thus rendering any claim for reimbursement invalid since the accommodation was cheaper. This is unacceptable behavior, and the case is now being handled by a lawyer.

Just don't go here! The reception and bottom floor look extremely nice but when you enter the room it's just a very dodgy room with weird spots on the floor (I think they are bleached?) with a gross smell. Also, I forgot my wallet there. When I e-mail them they said they indeed found my wallet (why didn't they reach out to me themselves?) and that they were going to send it. I can't call them, because the phone number keeps getting ignored. They are not responding to my e-mails anymore even though they promised that they are going to send it to me.

The location is great is behind a large square full of better quality restaurants and cafés than in the crowded city center. The only thing was the room is not soundproofing so u can literally hear everything your neighbors in the next door doing. So it was kind of annoying and inconvenient.

Such poor service... And so many amenities were lacking. I want to keep it short, otherwise it will become a book... you can hardly call this building a hotel.

Terribly neglected hotel!

The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Disgusting is an understatement. But I want to commend the service. Super friendly.

We stayed overnight from December 31st to January 1st. At check-in, we weren't told that the boiler wasn't working, so we were left with cold water when we wanted to take a bath or shower—a great way to celebrate New Year's. When we arrived, the room was filthy; the bedspread had stains and holes in the curtains. There was mold in the corners of the rooms behind the curtains, and there was a very strong, foul smell in the bathroom. You'd think it was clean, but it certainly wasn't; there were still hairs in the bathtub. The smell was so unpleasant it gave us a headache. We checked out the next day, explained the unhygienic situation, and concluded that we had to email or call the supervisor with our findings and that we would receive a 75%/50% refund. After a month of emailing back and forth through Booking.com, we received a €22 refund, while the total amount was €160. The hotel also didn't respond to emails or calls about it. Worthless

Good hotel for the money. Nice staff. Good location.
