This small hotel constantly posts job openings online, despite its small size. This indicates high staff turnover and poor working conditions. During my interview, Mrs. Isabelle asked me where I lived and said she knew where I was from. When I asked where she was from, she said it was her private information. She also said I was too old (I was 25 at the time). I also heard that one employee works in all departments, which points to exploitation. Seeing the job posting again immediately reminded me of this experience. I can imagine this seriously impacting the quality of service.

Very nice hotel, well located, quiet rooms, generous breakfast

It's better to book here through Booking.com than directly, as they always charge extra fees. For example, I received a 5% discount for two nights when I booked, but was charged a €22 "service fee" without prior notice. When I asked for an explanation, the fee was for "free" water and coffee in the room.

Rooms need a thorough update. The TV wasn't working, and the mini shower was difficult to get into. We were given another room. The TV went black every ten minutes and took a while to come back on. The cold water tap wasn't working.

Great hotel, but too expensive for what you get. Especially the €30 per person breakfast.

We stayed here for a short trip. The reception and service were very friendly and good. The room was unusual, with a very interesting black interior. The location is excellent. We found the breakfast to be of high quality; the selection was manageable but just right for us. However, what was really unpleasant was that the toilet/shower had no door. That's unacceptable. Is that supposed to be cool? Furthermore, the street noise is too loud. We bought earplugs and weren't able to sleep well until the second night. All in all, though, we felt comfortable. The cheapest parking option is the Horta parking garage, about a 5-minute walk away. The daily rate is €14.

Stylishly thought-out hotel with atmospheric candles on arrival. Receptionist was so lovely offering refreshing cold mint water. Room was ready early, spacious and clean. It’s well priced for the area which is good for shopping. Would definitely stay again ❤️

Great location, great room, loved the reception lady - she was super welcoming and helpful
