Hôtel Eleven

We had a very nice, bright, and spacious room, number 4. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a city break. Everything looks brand new. Breakfast was beautifully presented and, despite the small buffet, very delicious and thoughtfully prepared. A compliment to the hotel; it's a very successful boutique hotel. Great location, huge room, very clean, and complete with all possible room amenities. And the toilet has a bidet! Excellent breakfast as well.

During my visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, I researched many hotels and finally decided on Hotel Eleven. I'm so glad I stayed there. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the attractions. The cleanliness and breakfast were great; I would stay there again if I were to go. It's such a clean and new hotel, and the staff are attentive and helpful. It's a wonderful place to stay. If you're going by car, you need to make a reservation; it's 15 euros per day, that's how it is everywhere in that area.

The four of us arrived in Sarajevo from Ogulin and spent three wonderful nights at the Eleven Hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt very comfortable and welcome. The staff is extremely kind, always smiling and ready to help – the way every hotel should be, but rarely do you really experience that. The breakfast was a real treat to start the day, varied and delicious, with something for everyone. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness – everything was impeccably tidy and maintained with a lot of care. And the location? In the very heart of Sarajevo, just right for you to have everything at your fingertips and soak up the city step by step. If our trip brings us to Sarajevo again, we won't think twice – we'll come back here. Sanja D.

I got food poisoning from their breakfast

The rooms were clean. It was stuffy because there was no window. The price was well above average. The drinks in the minibar could have been free. Also, the young man working at reception was respectful and friendly.

What makes it special is the very friendly and helpful staff, from the reception onwards. We were delighted with the breakfast, which was varied and very tasty, and especially the decoration of the buffet. We were truly delighted.
