Great place for a day in the sun

Rocks for people to sunbake on and a number of ladders leading into the water. There are showers near the entrance. People seemed to be able to access the southern part of the nude rocks/beach but we couldn’t find an easy/safe way down so we stayed near the showers. One or two boats went by but that didn’t matter to us. Ok experience - have been to better FKK beaches in Croatia.

Very easy to reach, starting from the small port on the island of Lokrum. I was there during the week of August 15th, and there weren't many people. It's popular with families, singles, and couples. There are several steps leading down to the water from the stone slabs. There's no actual beach, but there are a few spots where you can find shade, sheltered by the rocks. There are no services, and the kiosk at the entrance is closed. At the end, there's a wonderful sea cave, so it's perfectly normal for kayaks and various boats to come and go. If you're bothered by people passing by, it's best to avoid naturism.

Nice naturist place to relax and enjoy the sun and the nature. People mention that there are boats and kayaks that go nearby. The main port is really close, so yeah, if you keep near the entrance to the nude beach, you will probably give an spectacle to curious lookers. If you keep walking further from the entrance, you will be away from view of most of the boats. The ocassional kayak will show up still. But hey, if showing yourself to the world makes you doubt yourself, maybe a nude beach isn't the best place for you after all. As for the beach itself, it is all rock, no sand. Do bring special shows, because you will lose your sandals if you try to enter the water with them, current can be strong. I learned my lesson the hard way but luckily I was able to grab back my lost sandal.

This was my first experience at a nudist beach and I enjoyed it but the boats and kayaks coming nearby (within easy viewing distance) is a big negative. It took a lot of courage for me to go down there and you're just made into an exhibit. They really need to ban tour boats from going past unless it's at a greater distance. the nudist area is quite large, you can go around the corner to the right (stay in main area if you're with your kids) for a more secluded experience. Ideal for guys such as myself that struggle with ... Keeping it under control. Once you're in the water noone can see. And if it seen, the smaller group over there will take it as a compliment. But be warned, you may be ... propositioned. Or in my case, given a whole show. And they can be very persistent. While I'm that way inclined, I really just came to swim and half an hour of the Eiffel tower is a bit much. If you're going cruising, learn when they're not interested and don't be so persistent.

Great spot to be naked and enjoy nature! The beach there is beautiful and you will find a mix crowd of people from queers, older, couples, solo cruising. It’s a nice place to just be! There are also some fresh water showers too.

We had a pleasant time on a Thursday afternoon. The first section you hit seems to be frequented by straight folks. If you continue walking along the rocks, you hit a section more frequented by gay men. It was a nice ambience and folks generally minded their own business. Note: it’s a rocky area so bring a beach towel and some footwear with grip to climb up/down the rocks!
