Our recent stay at the Landmark Hotel Nicosia was truly memorable, not simply because of the beautiful hotel itself, but because of the remarkable people who work there. We have not had a holiday in many years (well, it was a working holiday still) and we just needed a rest from all the life's trials and tribulations. Like any hotel stay, ours did not begin perfectly. Upon arrival, we experienced an issue with a malfunctioning shower drain. However, what distinguishes an outstanding hotel from an average one is not the absence of problems, but how those problems are handled. The way this situation was addressed was nothing short of exemplary. A special mention must go to Natasa, the Guest Relations Executive. From the moment she became involved, we felt genuinely cared for and valued. Her professionalism is exceptional, yet what makes her truly unique is her ability to connect with guests on a deeply personal level without ever compromising professionalism. In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel scripted or corporate, Natasa brings warmth, authenticity, and sincerity to every interaction. When we returned for the second part of our stay after being away for two weeks, we were welcomed with an even greater level of attentiveness. It was evident that Natasa had taken a genuine interest in ensuring our experience was as pleasant as possible. She has an extraordinary gift for making guests feel important, listened to, and appreciated. Her attitude goes far beyond what one would normally expect from excellent customer service. She is, quite simply, the perfect ambassador for this establishment. I would also like to acknowledge Eleni from Reception, who was incredibly supportive and helpful from the beginning. Her kindness and willingness to assist contributed greatly to our positive experience. Another member of staff who stood out was George, who managed the breakfast area during our stay. His professionalism was consistently impressive. During breakfast service, I observed several guests who were, frankly, rather demanding, rude, and at times arrogant. Yet George handled every interaction with remarkable composure, patience, and grace. I found myself genuinely fascinated by his ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional regardless of the situation. What both Natasa and George have in common is a rare talent: they make each guest feel special without neglecting anyone else. They listen attentively, engage sincerely, and create an atmosphere that feels personal rather than transactional. They are the kind of hospitality professionals who make guests feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. Their presence elevates the entire experience. Natasa, in particular, possesses leadership qualities that are impossible to overlook. Young professionals with her combination of emotional intelligence, communication skills, professionalism, and genuine care for people are exceptionally rare. If the hotel ever considers staff training initiatives, she would be the ideal person to lead them. Both she and Michael embody the highest standards of hospitality and set an example that others would benefit from following. Of course, the hotel itself is lovely, offering beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities. However, it is the people who transform a pleasant stay into an unforgettable one. The Landmark Hotel is fortunate to have individuals such as Natasa, George, and Eleni representing it every day. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend the Landmark Hotel Nicosia, whether for a business event, a conference, or a personal getaway. The outstanding service we received has left a lasting impression, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Natasa, George, Eleni, and the entire team for making us feel so welcome and so genuinely cared for (and to make my birthday feel so special too).

Great stay in Cyprus – Excellent service and well-equipped for business I spent nearly 10 days at The Landmark in mid-to-late July for a business trip, and it was a very pleasant stay overall. I’d like to mention SanJeeb from the bell team, who was consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuine throughout my stay. His warm attitude made a real difference, and I wish him all the best. When I was checking out, the Executive Assistant Manager, Yiannis Boutsikoudis, greeted me and attentively asked about any areas where they could further improve. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and dedication. The service across the hotel is very reliable and responsive—any requests were handled almost immediately. The food at the café was good, and the pool area is quite nice. I also appreciated the small library and meeting rooms connected to the café, which were very convenient for business meetings. I would certainly consider staying at The Landmark again on my next trip to Cyprus.
