The Centre LGBT+ Pays de la Loire is the main LGBTQ+ community organisation in Nantes and the wider Pays de la Loire region. Based in a dedicated space in central Nantes, the centre offers drop-in support sessions, group therapy referrals, HIV testing coordination, a youth programme (15–25), a legal advice service, and community events throughout the year. It is the lead organiser of the annual Nantes Marche des Fiertés (Pride march) each June, working with partners across the city. The centre also maintains a resource library and a directory of LGBTQ+-friendly services in the region. Visitors are welcome during staffed reception hours.

A peaceful place where everyone is welcome. The hardest part is walking through the door the first time, but after that I felt so comfortable that I would go back without hesitation.

I participated for two years; it was always the same faces, and you weren't allowed to bring your small dog. I didn't get along with the president, who was also rather self-centered and sectarian. It's a very average organization, but it can still help people looking for guidance or legal assistance.
