Ignite - Suite d'amour à Nantes

Our stay in this Ignite room was simply exceptional! The location is perfect, and every little touch made us feel privileged. The jacuzzi is a true marvel, offering a moment of absolute relaxation. Everything is designed for optimal comfort. An unforgettable experience that we can't wait to repeat.

We booked this Love Room with some hesitation after reading some reviews, but once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, well-decorated, and perfect for a relaxing moment as a couple. However, we think a two-night stay would have been even more ideal to fully enjoy the experience.

Simply put, the service was subpar, the host didn't honor their commitment regarding compensation, and they refused to take responsibility for the problems. Without any information on how to access the accommodation, I called and learned there was a delay due to a blocked toilet. Okay, these things happen, but they could have given prior notice. Except everything was blocked, so no shower or toilet, and no solution offered. Furthermore, the spa was cold and the bed dirty. The breakfast was pathetic. Thanks for this failed romantic surprise.

We had a wonderful stay in this Ignite room! We especially appreciated the location and the thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi was fantastic! We'll be back ☺️

Avoid at all costs, it's a rip-off! It's not a hotel, it's a windowless studio apartment. It smelled of mold, had moldy walls, dirty sheets, and a broken jacuzzi... We didn't stay, and the owner stopped answering the phone after we complained.

Great experience, the room is very clean, perfect place to get together as a couple, the treatment is great and on top of that we have a free breakfast, what more could you ask for? I will come back!!

I strongly advise against staying here!!!! Upon arrival, the ears were stained. I contacted the manager, who told me it wasn't a big deal and that I could just put a towel over my ears for the night. On top of that, it wasn't just the ears that were dirty; the blanket on the bed was also dirty, and as for the mattress, oh my god, it was awful! It was impossible for us to stay the night. The owner hasn't done anything about it since our stay and doesn't even respond to me anymore. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs. The cleanliness of the rest of the accommodation is no better. The bath mat was disgusting, the microwave didn't work, and there was a musty smell when we entered. For the price of the service, it's a disgrace. She ruined a special moment for us that we unfortunately won't be able to relive.

We booked this Love Room, but after seeing the photos and negative reviews, we hesitated. However, after checking the dates and reading the reviews, we decided to give it a chance, thinking it might have improved. So we went to the check-in. It was indeed a beautiful room; however, we were very disappointed with its cleanliness: - Mold in all four corners of the room, on the kitchen door, in the corner of the spa area, and in the corner of the headboard next to the shower. - Upon arrival, there were stains on the sheets. - A large yellow stain was also present on the mattress. - The throw was stained. - Hair was also on the bed. Throughout our stay, - A strong musty smell pervaded the kitchen, the bathroom, and the bedroom. After checking the broom closet in the bathroom, I quickly realized it was coming from the damp rags piled up inside. We had previously booked several Love Rooms in Nantes, where there was always a bottle of water and/or orange juice for breakfast (even though there was a welcome brioche). In the morning, we wanted to have breakfast and use the microwave. However, after three-quarters of an hour trying to heat it up, we decided to go out for lunch. Being pregnant, I coughed all night because of the humidity and mold. There were cobwebs on the entrance chandeliers, no toys available, and the spa was sticky and greasy; it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. €150 a night for the state of the room... I think that's outrageous; they need to completely rethink everything. I rarely leave bad reviews like this... what a shame.

The location was superb, the welcome was wonderful from the moment we arrived, it was spotless, there was plenty to keep us entertained, the spa was immaculate—in short, everything you could want in a love room!
