Club Gibus

The security doesn't speak English and that's why they didn't let me in.

I only have one word to say: thieves!!! We were forced to leave our jackets in the cloakroom, and at the end of the night at Heaven Paris, they couldn't find one of our jackets despite having the ticket! I asked the young woman at the cloakroom to check if my jacket was there to help her find it, and she told me no, it was forbidden. Clearly incompetent and inexperienced.... She took my contact information at 4:00 AM, and I decided to leave even though I no longer had my jacket. The next day, still no news, so I decided to contact the Gibus club, and that's where my ordeal began: phone numbers not assigned, incorrect email address, social media: Instagram - I requested an invitation, no response; Facebook - Messenger - no response; Shotgun - no response. We decided to come back the next day, and the bouncers agreed to let us in to question the people at the Gibus club. They told us they didn't have our jacket and that we needed to contact Heaven. I decided to contact Heaven via Instagram, and finally, they replied. But they told me that they didn't manage the cloakroom, but Gibus did. Despite my insistence, they replied that it's the same in all clubs, and it's always the club, not the event organizer, that manages the cloakroom. Several weeks passed, and supposedly the manager of Gibus was going to call me to discuss compensation. Result: no response :-( I learned shortly after that Gibus was closing its doors on July 31st. In any case, we're dealing with crooks!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We were treated like dogs even though we had booked our tickets. And we were even playing along with the leopard theme! 🐆 The woman who searched us at the entrance treated us like dirt, depending on her mood, and she thought she could get away with anything, as did the bouncers who were rude to us. So we were turned away for no reason! And we will be refunded or we will take legal action. Just look at all the negative reviews.

My friend and I were refused entry all because the crazy woman at the entrance—a bearded man with hideous chain earrings—refused to explain the simple "difference" between a "queer party" and a "gay party." She said, and I quote: "Sorry, it's not going to be possible for me, guys," without any real explanation for why we were being denied entry.

Disastrous! The people in the changing rooms were unpleasant! I absolutely do not recommend it.

Poor

We were meant to go last night to the “House of Rhianna”. Asked if we had cash we said no they said u can’t come in as u need cash for the cloak room and we asked can we not just keep our jackets on (lightweight crop jacket) they said no it’s not allowed. Instructed us to find cash or we couldn’t come in. Mind u it’s never stated once on the ticket about needing cash, it’s also 2026 a large venue shouldn’t need to rely on cash for something so small, the club right next door was smaller and had a card machine. Staff in general were pleasant and not rude but whoever decided that rule needs to sort it out. Imagine paying for tickets and being told u can’t come in because u have a jacket.
