It has taken me awhile to write this review. I stayed at Le Burgundy for 9 days in May. It was beyond phenomenal. The service was impeccable. The first day I arrived, all of my banks had cut access to my cards despite my calling them well in advance. It was incredibly stressful. The hotel staff was understanding and accommodating while I worked through this with my financial institutions. They were kind and the dining manager was so kind to check on me multiple times. One day during lunch I missed the last mille feuille and the next morning, one of the servers brought it to me at breakfast without a word. I saw other guests being somewhat rude and demanding of the staff, but they handled each interaction with grace. My entire stay was punctuated with these acts of kindness and courtesy. The staff absolutely knows how to treat their guests, not only as guests, but as fellow human beings, deserving of respect. The accommodations were lovely. The food was excellent. The location was unbeatable. Just a short walk to the Tuileries. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Paris, especially for the first time.

The room with a balcony perfectly matches the website images, bright and meticulously maintained. The cleanliness is impeccable, including the carpet. The free minibar and the complimentary bottles of cold water, even for our dog, were much appreciated. The hotel enjoys a strategic location, convenient for all transportation. The professional and genuinely welcoming staff are the added bonus that makes the stay truly enjoyable.

A very bad experience. The servers were particularly unpleasant and the customer service was deplorable. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or consideration for customers. It's a real shame, as it completely ruined the experience. I do not recommend this establishment.

My husband and I stayed at the Burgundy at the end of August during a trip to Paris. Our arrival got off to a bad start: first, I was asked if I was there for afternoon tea, then for the spa, even though I was staying overnight. The comments were awkward, but I let it go (at a stretch, "How can I help you?" would have been more appropriate). At reception, we waited a long time before being seen by two different people. The receptionist took us to a room that, in reality, had already been assigned! My husband and I waited in the hallway until he returned, when he finally showed us to our room. In the room, which was about 20 square meters, the receptionist described the amenities, emphasizing the complimentary items. Another blunder? Because at that point, we really felt like we were being treated like "UFOs" (Unidentified Flying Objects) in this hotel. As for the room itself, I expected it to be perfect. Disappointment once again. The paint is peeling, and the shower and faucet leak. Luckily, the bedding makes up for it. Breakfast is adequate, but nothing special. At check-out, we mentioned the water leaks, and the receptionist offered a perfunctory apology. The spa and treatments, however, are very good, with a special mention for the manager (Jennifer, I believe), who is very pleasant and professional. Despite its excellent location, I wasn't convinced by either the atmosphere of this hotel or its services. I didn't find the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, which is praised in the reviews. And that's a real shame because it leaves a bitter taste.

We returned from Paris, the location of this hotel is phenomenal. It is simply the best kept secret in Paris. Absolutely gorgeous, well designed super clean great service day and night staff. Delicious elegant breakfast. Located in the hart of the shopping district. Good size rooms NOT the typical petite European rooms.
