Crazy gay place. Good food

The food was great, but unfortunately we were the only ones there all evening. Perhaps a bit too expensive??!!

Wonderful dishes cooked perfectly. Great attention to details in presentation. Everything tasted fresh and never heavy. Ingredients were very fresh. Restaurant has a nice smooth and energetic vibe. Well worth it.

Great Place, great setting, great Staff and even better Food and Drinks. As good as it gets.

Great food, service and value for money! They claim to be 'hetero friendly' which is definitely true!

Love it. Wonderful staff and service on top of really tasty food. Also, that backyard is just soooo pleasant in the summer.

My wife and I happened on the Juniper Kitchen a few weeks ago while visiting Berlin. We had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, but the best part was the hysterically funny host/owner Paul! He kept us in stitches all night. He made us feel welcome and was extremely attentive. I will always include a stop or two to the Juniper Kitchen every time I visit Berlin. Heck, I may go to Berlin just to spend more time at this amazing establishment!

Food was excellent but what really made it memorable were the super friendly staff - what a giggle we had! Have heard great things about the comedy night too so I'll definitely be back for that :)

A really amazing restaurant in the heart of Berlin's gay area! Already went there a couple of times with friends and we always enjoyed it a lot! Lovely staff, delicious food for a good price and great shows. :) I highly recommend the Barbary Duck as a main dish! Don't miss the opportunity to try the "Irish Witch" for a drink. It's made with the restaurant's own Gin, which is one of the best I've had so far! And if you're still hungry afterwards order the Pannacotta as a dessert and feel like you're in heaven. I'll definitely come back for more very soon. :)

The Bar staff is excellent and offer a charming service. I can highly recommend the Burgers as they use a more light wheat bun, and the meat is Excellent! The restaurant is located in the gay village of Berlin and I love the good vibe and smart decor of the restaurant. Best feature is the big wodden table, which offers more an urban touch. They have a comedy event every second wednesday, which adds value for your money and its highly entertaining :-) GO Visit it - I highly recommend this place!

Juniper Juniper Juniper Juniper Juniper Genuinely delicious food. Stylish and yet relaxing interior. The staff are friendly, which makes a welcome change from other places in Berlin, which have a rep for the "Berlin Snout". I knew this restaurant in its previous incarnation and the change of management has brought a breath of fresh air and good taste to the establishment. Not to mention a larger than life Maître d'... Highly recommended for anyone hungry in Schöneberg.

Brilliant food and staff - really highly recommend Juniper to anyone looking for the best gay restaurant in Berlin. Actually - probably the best restaurant of any I've been to in Berlin!

This is such a wonderful new restaurant in Schöneberg. The location is fantastic inside the Axel Hotel and just behind KaDeWe. The staff are charming and work so hard to make you feel at home, and the chefs are always thinking of new tasty surprises. Unlike some other upscale restaurants in the area, Juniper is constantly changing their menu and coming up with innovative new specialities to enjoy. On top of it all they are the only restaurant in the area to offer regular comedy nights and drag shows. One of my favourites!
