Very good breakfast, location is very close to touristic spots and the staff is very helpful. Strongly recommended.

Accommodation is not great, bathroom could use renovation

That was a real stroke of luck. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, in a great location in the city center. Our room faced the courtyard. At night, the only sound in the distance was the church bells ringing the time. The room was modernly furnished. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Very central location right in the heart of the old town. Access to the garage was very easy thanks to the detailed directions we received when booking. Breakfast was plentiful and gluten-free bread was available. We would definitely book this hotel again on our next visit. Shopping is right on the doorstep, yet the hotel is still very quiet.

A fine four-star hotel in the center of Freiburg, beautifully situated on Rathausgasse. The room is lovely (excellent bed), with plenty of power outlets and a spacious shower area. However, the shower is very warm, as the temperature is set high and cannot be adjusted without a code. A minor drawback is that there is no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast buffet is well-presented, with plenty of choice and a beautiful breakfast room.

The hotel is located right in the city center and has an underground parking garage. The location is fantastic, and the parking spaces are perfect and highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and lovely. The bar is very nice, and the cocktails are delicious. I highly recommend it. ❤️
