This restaurant comes highly recommended, especially for sushi lovers. They offer everything from soup, salad, maki, futomaki, and nigiri to fried calamari, various meat dishes, and desserts. There's also a good selection of drinks. Everything is very fresh and delicious. The quality is excellent for a sushi restaurant, even the tuna. The menu varies. Sometimes they offer an "all you can eat" option with a wider selection, while at lunchtime the menu is more limited. In the evenings, they offer a full menu. The restroom is downstairs via a staircase. It has always been clean and satisfactory. Reservations are easy to make by phone or website. You receive confirmation by email quite quickly. Whether or not to make a reservation depends on your personal preferences. There are often plenty of tables available at lunchtime and during the week. I would always recommend making a reservation for the weekend. The surroundings and the view of the glass building are also interesting. The main road is in front of the building, but in my opinion, it's not at all bothersome. From there you can easily reach the city center, the Theater am Aegi, the Landesmuseum, the new town hall and the Maschsee lake.

Fresh and delicious food, a wide selection, and quick, friendly service. However, the Sunday lunchtime buffet is quite expensive at €31.80 per person. Unfortunately, the buffet price isn't updated online; you have to ask about it separately or find out on-site. Pictures attached.

The food was decent, but nothing special. The price for the all-you-can-eat buffet was very high for the quality of the food. The service was good, and the all-you-can-eat system worked well.

Over the years, the all-you-can-eat buffet has unfortunately declined in quality. There are no longer any dessert options at lunchtime, and the sushi is mediocre. Hot dishes are overcooked. The pickled ginger is very dry. No Japanese drinks are available. Service is quick and friendly. Children aged 4 and up cost €11.90.

That's a shame.

I came here today because I'm not going back to the one in Braunschweig. The owner there (a waiter in a black shirt and glasses) is unfortunately very unfriendly. So today I went here – the food was good. But the best thing was definitely the service! One employee from Thailand 🇹🇭 particularly stood out: incredibly friendly, warm, and just really pleasant. Service like that truly makes all the difference. Overall, the service was a solid 10/10. One downside, however, is the 15-minute wait – in my opinion, it's unnecessary and seems quite long. 10 minutes would be perfectly sufficient. Ichibahn in Braunschweig could really learn a thing or two from this.

A highly recommended Japanese restaurant – both all-you-can-eat and à la carte options are available. The dinner menu boasts a large and varied selection. The ordering system is well-organized: up to five dishes per person can be ordered per round, with a short waiting period of about 15 minutes between orders. This keeps everything pleasantly structured. The service is excellent – ​​attentive, fast, and very friendly. Drinks can be easily reordered at any time. The ambiance is also modern and stylish. Despite being busy, the food arrived very quickly. A particularly positive aspect: as soon as one round was finished, the next was served. In conclusion: A thoroughly successful concept with top-notch service and quality – I will gladly return!

We paid €71 for an all-you-can-eat meal including two drinks – absolutely unjustified for what was offered. The food was barely edible. The meat was tough as chewing gum and partially raw inside, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the selection was very limited, which is definitely not what you'd expect from an all-you-can-eat concept. Particularly disappointing: even mayonnaise was extra – simply incomprehensible for an all-you-can-eat meal. The dessert selection was also woefully inadequate, with just three basic options. On top of that, we were only given about 1.5 hours, which created additional stress and made the experience even more unpleasant. The service was also very poor – unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. Overall, the whole thing feels like a rip-off. For that money, you could easily go to a much better, upscale restaurant. Absolutely not recommended.
