We had a friend's Bachelorette party there, and at first everything was very nice, then the bride's swimsuit turned from white to pink, the jewelry we were wearing faded, and when we mentioned it, they treated us unacceptably, saying it wasn't their fault and that they had the right chlorine in the pools... they also ruined our nails with all that chlorine...

We organized our friend's bachelor party at the hotel and unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at all! As soon as we got into the jacuzzi, our eyes started stinging, the bride's swimsuit changed color, all the jewelry we were wearing broke and our nails were discolored! Luckily our hair didn't get wet! Something definitely went wrong with the chlorine, although they never admitted it! On the contrary, they claimed that nothing we reported to them was true, they never sent us the camera footage we requested to see again what happened as soon as we got out of the jacuzzi and to prove to us that they did indeed bring a specialist as they said and measured the ph of the chlorine. We asked for our money back and they ignored us, we emailed them all the photos we took at the hotel (from how we entered to how we left) of the damages we suffered and unfortunately they did not handle the whole incident with professionalism! Truly UNACCEPTABLE because while it is a spotlessly clean hotel, with polite staff and excellent food, unfortunately it left us dissatisfied! And the best part is that while they kept sending us emails and messages to criticize them and advertise their place, when we sent them the proof with the photos of all that we suffered, they NEVER answered us!!

We were “lucky” to have my bachelorette party at the hotel, resulting in our jewelry fading, my swimsuit changing color (from white to pink) and the color on my nails fading. While they welcomed us with kindness, gifts for all my friends and a rich breakfast, their treatment after what we went through was unacceptable, because they do not take their responsibilities.

We stayed in a suite of about 70 square meters, simply fabulous. Beautiful and meticulously maintained, with a private outdoor pool visible directly from the bedroom window. The outdoor space was very comfortable, with loungers, a sofa bed, and even an old radio with Bluetooth connectivity, which made the atmosphere even more special. The breakfast was amazing!!!! In the afternoon, I also had a massage: the woman was truly excellent, professional, and kind. A perfect stay in every way: highly recommended!🩵

Absolutely loved this place, We were only looking for a place to rest our heads for one night in Chania and had I known how great this hotel was, I woudl have planned a longer stay here. The hotel looks brand new, it has a wonderful design, amazing facilities, and the staff are lovely. The pool area is amazing, the rooftop bar is lovely and there are all spa facilities available too. On top of that, the staff are all so nice. If you want to stay in Chania for a short break, this is a great place to book

Newly renovated with design choices that are very Instagram ready! Cozy and located so conveniently to everything. Best part are Dogs allowed!

A very stylishly furnished little hotel. Chic rooms and a lovely little pool with a pool bar. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel today around 11:30 a.m. Normally, check-in wouldn't have been possible until 3:00 p.m. However, we received a very friendly welcome and were allowed to go straight to our room upon arrival at no extra charge. We even received a welcome drink. The hotel is quiet and modern. The decor is beautiful – very tasteful and cozy. The attention to detail is evident. There's no organized entertainment at the hotel, which we appreciated. All areas were clean. There was always a lounger available for us by the pool. We didn't use the breakfast or spa facilities.
