The best hotel I've ever been to. We were on the new side. The most wonderful staff and service ♥️ ♥️

bsolutely amazing stay! The staff could not do enough for you — from reception to the chefs, cooks, and cleaners, everyone was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and welcoming. A special thank you to Joanna, Svetalna, Vasilis, Didi, Dimitri, and Angela who all made our stay extra special with their kindness and outstanding service. Although Vasilis thought he was funny (he actually was!), he’s still not as funny as us! The hotel was spotless throughout, and the food was absolutely amazing every single day. You can really tell the whole team takes pride in what they do. Would return 100% and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Clean rooms, staff nice and helpful, close to the beach, two pools on site

A very nice and basic clean hotel. Comfortable beds and bed linen. I would have liked the sheets and towels to have been washed with a fragrance-free product. Cleaning every morning. Unfortunately, we were only told about the upper pool and the gym there on the day of departure. The hotel's courtyard was wonderfully lush and there were flowers everywhere. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bus leaves right next door (it runs as often as it pleases). Also the street train. The breakfast was basically ok. As a gluten-free person, I brought my own bread with me in the mornings to make sure I had something to eat. I would like the allergens to be marked on the items at breakfast. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can get late food, but that's a separate review for the restaurant.

Very satisfied with the service. The best boss I've ever met😁 Nice, communicative, feels that every customer is important😊Since the bus was late in the evening, the room was extended until the evening. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day too. Very close to the beach, maybe a couple of minutes walk. Shops are also right next door. There are live music evenings a couple of times a week.

We were on vacation in Crete in the fall with my family (2 adults and 4 children). We stayed at this hotel and were really happy. The rooms (including the counters) were cleaned every day and the service at the hotel was otherwise first-class and friendly. The pools were absolutely amazing and the bus stop next door made it easy to travel to the city center. We also received invaluable help with a challenge we faced on the last day. We will definitely travel here again and stay at this hotel.
