Good prices and good service

One of the dirtiest hotels in Athens. Located in Omonia, in the city center, the receptionist was incredibly rude, obnoxious, and provocative. My friend and I booked a room, and it was extremely hot. He refused to turn on the air conditioning, claiming we had booked a room without it, even though the booking confirmation stated it had air conditioning. He demanded an extra fee to activate it, so we canceled our reservation and didn't get the room. We were so upset we almost called the police until he finally gave us our money back. We then booked a room at a nearby hotel called Cosmopolitan, which was cheaper, more luxurious, and included breakfast.

The worst thing in the area is misleading photos, miserable rooms in terrible conditions.. the room stinks, there were no bath towels, there is no light in the toilet, there is no installation, it is very old, no people live there.... as if it is abandoned, cockroaches and flies on the walls. The area is degraded with all the decline.

Cocroaches everywhere, everything dirty and stinky something you would expect in a Kabul hotel not in a european country.

Stay away from this place 😶 the only good thing is the location. The room was disgusting, full of dust, and doesn’t contain any utilities. Moreover, you have to pay 5€/day to use the AC 😨

I would not recommend this hotel to travelers. It is very cheap but the room was filthy and had many roaches, I didn’t want to touch anything or even take a shower in the bathroom which was not clean. Whenever I turned on the bathroom light roaches scattered. The beds had a clean sheet on top but underneath was a dirty mattress cover. I didn’t even want to open my luggage in case roaches crawled in. Since I got in late and was exhausted I slept one night in the filthy roach infested room and booked a different hotel for the rest of my stay, so it was cheap but ultimately a waste of money. They also charge extra for using the air conditioner which they don’t mention when you book ahead. When I left I told them I wasn’t staying because of the roaches, the man at the front desk said there’s bugs at all the hotels in this area, which is not true.

We stayed for 2 days and while they came into the room to add a lamp to the central light, they didn't change the towels or sheets. There were tiny bugs like cockroaches in the bathroom.
