Came here for an early morning run. Area was clean, safe and very shaded. Great area if you want to get out of the sun while you exercise. Good for walking, running or biking. Paved paths as well as some dirt paths along the river for some parts.

It is the green lung of Florence. Wonderful to walk, do gymnastics, ride a bike. Convenient to have a picnic in good season. There is also the communal swimming pool with outdoor pool to be used only in good season. There are tennis courts. Real relaxation. Arrival point also from the neighboring municipalities using the Arno cycle path and arrival point is the Indian the place of junction of two rivers (Arno and Mugnone) where the ashes of a young maraja were sprinkled.

Nice park 15 minutes walk from the historic center teeming with Florence. We have to go along the Arno. It feels good to recharge in this green park, a little wild because no games, no picnic tables, but well maintained. It deserves further development. The entrance is not very pleasant (a lot of poor people but who do not make the rounds or call us) but after a walk of more than 3 km. In addition, there is a huge Point of Sale on Tuesday morning from 8:30 am to 1 pm (fruit/vegetables/clothing/jewelry/handbags..at Zithromax Awards)

I too walked unsuspectingly through this park on my way to the pool. And I too started to feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The men in this park walk and watch you. Not nice. What a relief when I was back on the tram.

Was hoping for a nice escape from the city center but received a rude awakening within moments of entering the park. I witnessed a fight break out between a gang of youths near the tram stop, then walked by a children’s playground which was inhabited only by addicts actively using drugs, then immediately began getting chased down by some stranger yelling at me from afar. Needless to say, I got out of there quick after that. A real shame, since this park apparently has quite a bit of history.

I went to this park to get to the local swimming pool and get some nature. Normally I really like city parks, but I won't be coming back here. Upon entering I encountered many (apparently) homeless people, addicts and loiterers. As a result, I was approached almost immediately and sometimes chased. This has happened several times. This can give a very unsafe feeling. Furthermore, the park itself looked unkempt and dilapidated. I was happy when I got back to the city itself.

Visiting Florence for the weekend, I was curious to also visit the park, but after walking less than a hundred meters I noticed numerous groups of immigrants and drug addicts, which made me desist from continuing in order to avoid possible risks. This at 11 in the morning. Not sure.

Spectacular place to run! Many route and trail options. I felt very safe. Tree-lined and on the riverbank. I recommend it for walking and running.

The largest public park in Florence, covering approximately 160 hectares, is approximately 3.5 km long and 600 metres wide, and is almost entirely pedestrian/cycle-friendly.

It would be very nice if only it weren't extremely dangerous at night. The market is held on Tuesdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

I would like to highlight the serious organizational shortcomings encountered during this year's Firenze Rock. The change in ticket entry, which was completely inadequately communicated, created significant inconvenience for many participants. In my case, with five stitches in my foot and limited mobility, I was forced to walk the entire perimeter of the racecourse because none of the staff were informed or authorized to facilitate access from the nearest gate. This management demonstrates a complete lack of consideration for people with mobility difficulties and a serious failure to comply with the minimum principles of accessibility and participant protection. An event of this magnitude cannot afford such organizational shortcomings.
