Kockelscheuer Cruising Area

The wooded area around the Kockelscheuer recreation grounds and ice rink, on the south-western edge of Luxembourg City, is the country's best-known gay cruising spot, appearing consistently in cruising directories. Activity is informal and after-dark, concentrated in the tree-lined paths near the parking areas. Luxembourg is one of the world's safest and most LGBTQ+-friendly countries, but this is public land shared with dog-walkers and families by day, so discretion and respect for others are essential. Public sexual activity remains against the law; keep to quiet hours and be mindful of surroundings.
