We didn't expect such a good level of rooms, quality of food in the restaurant and professionalism of the reception from a 3-star hotel!! And the tennis theme and courts are 👌 in general! Thank you very much 🙏 the only thing is that it seems close to the airport (3 km), but taxi is a problem, and the transfer is 10 euros 🥹

New beautiful hotel. All the staff are very polite and professional. I have stayed more than once. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a rest. Very tasty and nutritious breakfasts for any category of people. The hotel has a restaurant with very tasty dishes. The hotel has a fitness room which is available at any time. I liked everything and I have stayed in this hotel more than once

Close to the airport the place is adequate but the dining portion seems a bit open and noisy kind of industrial.

New, stylish, and welcoming! We only stay here! The airport is very close, and the hotel offers a shuttle service (for an additional fee). Fresh, cozy rooms, new bedding, and high-quality toiletries. We called the hotel, they dictated the menu to us, we chose, and a delicious dinner awaited us upon arrival! Special thanks to Maria for organizing 🙏🏼, and Kristina for the service ☺️. Sommelier Ivan recommended a wonderful wine, and our vacation began deliciously and comfortably! The hotel's food is excellent. Breakfasts are delicious, but standard, but the lunches and dinners are beyond praise! The lobby has a live broadcast of departures and arrivals, which is very convenient and allows you to plan your exact departure time from the hotel—by the way, it's exactly a five-minute drive. In summary: We highly recommend and thank the staff for their warmth and hospitality, and especially Mirella for organizing the work of a wonderful and professional team.

Before booking, I asked if the hotel had a cot. They told me that there were only two in the hotel, so I asked to book one just for us, because without it there was no point in booking a room. They assured me that there would be a cot. After checking into the room, instead of a cot, there was a regular folding bed for an adult. At the reception, they assured me that everything would be replaced right away. After waiting for 30 minutes, no one even told me what had happened. I had to look for the administrator myself to find out why nothing had been done yet. Only then did they tell me that the cot was broken and there would be no replacement. As a result, my one-year-old child was forced to sleep on a blanket on the floor, because it was dangerous on an adult bed. I would like to separately mention the restaurant: we had to wait almost an hour for pasta and a sandwich. And I will add a photo of the wait - reality. I paid for a comfortable seat for my child and for normal service. I received neither.

Perfect if you want to go to the NTC, which is barely a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is decorated with a tennis theme, and each room has a different player named after it: room 201 is Arthur Ache! With decor to match: there's a net under the TV 😉 Note that there's a minibar in the room (except for the two small bottles of water on the tray, which are complimentary). There's a water fountain to the right of the elevator on the ground floor because the tap water isn't recommended for drinking. The rooms are well soundproofed from outside noise, but not so much at the door, as you can hear noises/shouts in the hallway... and even children after 11:00 PM... who woke us up... not very nice... There's air conditioning in the room, but you have to adjust it because it wasn't working when we arrived, probably to avoid wasting energy. The breakfast is very varied and plentiful, with something for everyone: savory, sweet, and there's a waffle iron and a juicer for making fresh juices—it's great! On level -1, there's a small fitness room with a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, dumbbells, two weight benches, and more. The reception isn't quite up to scratch yet... even for the reservation, I had to exchange at least five emails before getting a positive response... and my questions were never answered: the restaurant is supposed to be open until midnight! When we arrived in the evening, we had to wait five minutes after ringing the bell... There's luggage storage if you want to leave a suitcase, but I have serious doubts about the supervision... because guests have to manage their own luggage drop-off and pick-up, so no one is watching who takes what!
