Restaurant Bellezza

Yesterday, I went out for dinner at Bellezza with my partner. Unfortunately, the experience was different from what I had expected and hoped for. We therefore find the predominantly positive reviews surprising, but perhaps it is a matter of taste. On the positive side, we found the table service. Very friendly staff who take their time with you. The food was quite good and was beautifully presented. The wine pairing was also fine. What we didn't connect with was the experience. The whole thing felt awkward, somewhat cheap, and forced. Especially when it was time for dessert. For that, we moved to another room on the first floor. We hadn't finished our drinks and main course yet, but "had"(?) to go upstairs. When I walked back down, everything was gone. All in all, the dessert experience felt odd and unsettling. We experienced it as primarily a tourist concept where price and quality are far apart and there was too little time to truly enjoy ourselves. For us, Bellezza is not worth a repeat visit.

This was one of the best dining experiences I ever had. The concept is so well thought of, every dish represented a Dutch painter or part of Dutch life. The service was incredible (especially for Amsterdam standards). Every dish was impeccable. We are definitely going back when the menu changes!

The atmosphere is great. The food is amazing! The service is professional and the vibe is premium. 1000% worth a visit!! Only two feedbacks. The explanation on the website tells about different rooms per dish, this has been changed to one room for all dishes, and only the desert on a different floor. It's great, but it was not according to expectation. And the shows in between the dishes is too random. Here there could be a blend of the different themes of that period, instead of generic AI generated shows. It made it feel too disconnected. The shows during the dishes were perfect though!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this restaurant! The ambiance, the decor, the visual and sound effects, the service, and the food—everything was perfect! 👌🏻 I loved that the dishes were inspired by great master painters like Vermeer and Van Gogh. The visual and sound presentations really enhanced the experience. The presentation of the dishes was exquisite, and they were incredibly delicious. 😍 I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend it for an unforgettable evening! 🤩

Excellent restaurant! The service was impeccable from start to finish, with an attentive and welcoming team. The food was excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also really enjoyed the interactive experience with the digital screens throughout the meal, which added a unique and immersive touch. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

Had a very nice evening in a very intimate atmosphere that invites conversation with each other (and other groups). The show is funny but not particularly special; it mainly highlights the various corridors. The fact that you take a journey through the building is a fun concept and makes it nice and relaxed.

Wowww, what an experience. We arrived and were immediately greeted warmly and escorted inside to a very cozy, intimate setting. All our taste buds were tantalized by the small dishes and accompanying wines from the wine pairing. The hostess was very knowledgeable and told the story of the experience well. Enjoying the ambiance, visual effects, and surprises during dinner downstairs, we went to heaven for dessert, where our senses were also stimulated. It is a beautiful concept, a wonderful experience, and we definitely recommend this to friends and family.
