5th Element Beach House Caparica

Holiday residence with a shared kitchen and patio. The rooms are very small, the patio is very spacious, and while they aren't luxurious or particularly comfortable, the best thing about them is their location, right in the heart of Costa Caparicca beach.

Good location near the centre of Costa de caparica down a nice quiet street. The owner I presumed was welcoming as we arrived and he was heading out. Great water pressure in the shower and large bed. Small nit pick as we were staying in the small outhouse was there was no latch on the window and my partner felt a bit uncomfortable sleeping on the ground floor with an unlockable window. But we had a comfortable stay.

Very kind and welcoming host. Modern house and beautiful terrace. The room was perfect. No flaws whatsoever!

Close to the center and the beach. Neat kitchen and bathroom. You have everything you need. The room is a bit damp if you sleep with the window closed, so it is better to open the window and use mosquito repellent.

Great welcoming and attitude from the owner! He let us take his bikes around the coast - it was very nice of him. Place is quiet and coasy.

A nice room in a nice villa in a nice location in Costa da Caparica. The owner is nice and you can borrow a bicycle available for customers if you want. It's about 10min away from the beach. Would come back.

I arrived late at night (?! It was a little after 10 pm) and the owner was rude. I didn't even get to see the rooms.

UNACCEPTABLE!!! I made the reservation in the morning, and that same evening they notified me there had been a mix-up and they didn't have a room. Didn't they have time all day to check and notify me in advance?? This happened in the middle of August when finding accommodation that meets even basic requirements is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I absolutely do not recommend them; they shamelessly leave you out on the street.

Great spot to chill by the beach. Service was great sadly the rooms not so awesome. Everything is a bit tiered and could do with a lick of paint.
