Real Guest House - Costa da Caparica

Very good location, although the rooms are smaller than in the photos.

Honestly, we only stayed one day and the experience was disastrous. There's no hot water available, which is no excuse during Holy Week. The facilities are in very poor condition and lack maintenance. There are leaks, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. You get what you pay for.

Great guest house, clean and excellent location. Small but compact room. Television doesn't work.

Excellent value for money, surprisingly so. Quick and efficient booking. Very clean rooms, great quality towels, refrigerator available, complimentary biscuits, water and high-quality toiletries. Quiet and well-maintained environment. For me, the best Guest House on the Costa da Caparica. I recommend it.

We had a problem with the hotel I had booked, but the staff promptly arranged for us to be moved to the Real Guest House, which was very close to my original location. My husband and I stayed in a brand new room with a bathtub and excellent facilities. We had nothing but praise for it, and we would definitely be back.

It's really bad that you can't check in with a dog; a small one weighing 10 kg is not allowed. It's very sad.
