Unfortunately, due to a responsible doctor (a blond man with glasses) who refused to order tests for me, even after I told him I had been in contact with two people who were infected with Gonorrhea and Monkey Pox. I went home and, as expected, got worse and had to go to the emergency room at Santa Maria Hospital, where tests were performed and came back positive for both diseases. It's a shame that the irresponsibility of a doctor made it possible for several people to become infected as a result.

They could be nicer. Except for the super attentive and friendly nurse. To be neutral, you don't need to be cold. In any case, they are top-notch in the service they provide.

They say they deal with trans people. That's not true, no one knows what to do. As for the STIs, each person gives you different instructions and then they get annoyed because of the previous "wrong" info somebody gave you. They refuse to test you if in "their opinion" it's not necessary. Clearly it's better to have symptoms and spread STIs, and only after, get tested/treated. They didn't even know that you have to wait a certain amount of time before being able to test positive after an unprotected contact. Additionally, they don't give any paper with the results, so you have no proof to show to a partner, you just gotta "trust" people hoping they say the truth about their negative status... Doesn't seem like an effective way to stay safe. I met only 1 person (a nurse) that knew what he was doing (and apologized). They speak English, and it's free.
