Great location with great staff, would recommend to anyone on a business trip or a break away from the world 🌎

A very beautiful location but the bartender in the lounge was unreal insensitive. I was with my friend, we asked for a drink and the gentleman treated us with great contempt, disrespecting us, instead of telling us he couldn't do it he looked at us from head to toe saying "no" and that was it. In return the location is very beautiful but the staff at the lounge leaves much to be desired!

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are huge, almost like mini-apartments, and have everything you need for a wonderful stay. Extremely clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The hotel spa is spectacular, with a pool, dry sauna, and steam room. The gym is fantastic. The spa attendant is lovely. The hotel is super elegant yet casual. Highly recommended!

I just had another unforgettable weekend retreat at Epoque! I want to express my deepest thanks to the entire Epoque team for taking such good care of me over the Easter weekend. Epoque is a veritable haven where the incredible staff have a penchant for remembering guest preferences. Epoque staff members, most of whom have called the hotel their workplace for years, have a genuine interest in ensuring each stay is flawless, and it is a level of service you simply cannot find elsewhere in Bucharest. This is a sanctuary that has earned its Michelin key in spades, and I fully expect increasingly higher awards forthwith given how the hotel is crushing it here. A very special shout out to Razvan for making every cocktail an experience this weekend; to Bogdan and the dinner team for their wonderful food and wine recommendations (the new spring menu is amazing!); to Paul and his breakfast team for never forgetting my orders and for their warm, welcoming service in the early hours; and to Doru and the entire front desk and bellman team for all of your warm welcomes and ensuring everything was perfect. On a weekend when so many Romanians were with their families for Easter, the Epoque family shared their own Easter warmth and hospitality with me. It meant the world! Thanks to each of you from Will in Caracal. I look forward to returning soon.
