I didn't expect anything like this, shame about the location, mess in the room, drawers, I won't even talk about it, it wasn't worth the money, noise all night, you can't even sleep, avoid this hotel, it's located in the famous Decebal Boulevard, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Disappointing!! Inadequately trained staff (on arrival we were not told that the minibar in the room was chargeable and on departure we found ourselves with a receipt for consumables). We had no toilet paper in the room at all. The walls had holes and the furniture was peeling. The wireless worked when it wanted to, which is to say almost not at all. Overall it is not worth the price asked for the services offered!!

The stuff was very friendly, the bad thing is that i had a room on the 3rd floor and no elevator luckily i had my small bag with me. I parked the car very close to the hotel, the breakfast was ok. Great value for money

Booked 11 nights on Expedia between Christmas and New Year's, including a buffet breakfast and a Deluxe room with a separate living room, for my wife and I. Let's start by saying that the room wasn't the one we paid for, and not once did they clean or make the bed. The booked and paid-for buffet breakfast was served in a separate area of ​​the hotel, as they don't have a kitchen or restaurant. In the morning, with temperatures of -6°C (21°F), it wasn't pleasant to go out for breakfast. Beyond that, the restaurant was closed for 5 out of 11 days on holidays, and the manager had promised us a refund for the breakfasts we hadn't eaten. This refund never arrived, and they consistently refused to respond to all emails and phone calls, both from us and from Expedia customer service. This kind of treatment is inconceivable from a 4-star hotel that should guarantee reliability, professionalism, and competence. Highly not recommended, unreliable, and completely unprofessional.
