Very good 3-star hotel. Centrally located, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We would gladly return.

They refused to let me check in, even though I had already paid for the room. They said the hotel was overbooked, and I had to look for another place to stay in the middle of high season

I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. As a Pole, I didn't feel very safe in Russia, but the hotel's security level has improved. I certainly don't agree that the staff speaks English! Nonsense! Only a few Russians and no English, absolutely nothing. Breakfast is fine; if you can't make it, they'll gladly pack a small package. The rooms are clean, large, and have a nice view.

I didn't like the hotel at all. The room was poorly cleaned, the food was more or less okay, but that's where the positives ended.

Great staff, royal breakfast, secure parking, clean and luxurious rooms, excellent location.

The breakfasts were monotonous, not properly salted, peppered, or flavored; everything was bland. The bedspreads were dirty, and there were stains on the blankets and curtains. There was dust everywhere, under the beds, in the chandeliers, and in the closet. The tap water smelled terribly of mud. On the plus side, they had good shampoo and shower gel, and they changed the water regularly. During our nine-day stay, they didn't change the bed linens even once.

The breakfast is monotonous. Every evening, music blares from the restaurant until 11 p.m. The location is excellent, that's the only plus. Otherwise, if you're looking for a rest after a day of sightseeing, this is definitely not the place.

It's very expensive for such a hotel! The rooms are old, the windows are dirty, but the staff outshines everything! Very polite, smiling, and welcoming! Will we come back again? Most likely, because the hotel is in a very good location, but it's also very expensive! Although it's in the center, that's probably why it's so expensive.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to ruin their vacation and get frustrated. We had paid for breakfast, which was included in the tour, but they made us pay for it again. At reception, we were also met with comments like, "This is our first time seeing you here," "You'll be contacting management tomorrow at 9:00, so what if you have a flight," and they refused to give us our receipts, even shouting. They're rude and won't resolve the issue. Because of this situation, we were late for a pre-paid excursion. This is our third time visiting the city, but our first and, we think, last time at this hotel. We'll be contacting Rospotrebnadzor.

Noisy from the street and from the mobile air conditioner. Expensive and completely empty, no breakfast. The security guard at the entrance is rude to everyone, does not say hello. The hotel is like a dive into the past with a very long check-in, filling. The Internet in the hotel is torture for the guest with the stupidest personal passwords, entry through the hotel server, and not directly to the router in the corridor. Constantly dropped out, almost no speed. And everyone complains about this to zero results. Plumbing is old, broken. The shower holder did not work. The water was not hot right away, drained for about 15 minutes The most positive thing about this hotel is the location, everything is nearby within walking distance.

The hotel exceeded expectations! The location is excellent – ​​right in the center, within walking distance of attractions and close to bus stops (including the airport bus). There's a shopping center with a supermarket nearby, as well as cafes (including the famous Povareshka cafe-diner, located in the hotel building). The studio room is spacious and has large windows. We were pleased with the new bedding and towels, new furniture in the room, plenty of hangers in the closet, a safe, bottled water, shoehorns, disposable slippers, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, dental kit, shower caps, and even a sewing kit! It's great that you can leave your bag in the storage room before check-in and after check-out (free of charge). Everything was great, especially for the price. Thank you so much!!! 🧡🧡🧡
