A very cozy and pleasant hotel, very clean and cleaned every day, very clean!!! Very good breakfasts and a great location.

A wonderful hotel located in the culinary epicenter of St. Petersburg, on Rubinstein Street. The hotel is new, very quiet, and has a wonderfully helpful staff. Despite its relatively short history, it seems to have built a reputation for itself, and it lives up to it. In no other hotel have I seen reception staff rise and greet guests every time they enter, not to mention many other very pleasant touches so lacking in larger hotels. The hotel has its own restaurant, not only with excellent cuisine but also with a twist – it's geared toward karaoke parties. Our second-floor room, however, was completely free of noise and music. The price includes delicious, if somewhat repetitive, breakfasts (which isn't a drawback, as variety is literally just around the corner if you're craving it). There's also private, secure parking (a bit narrow, but not a problem). Excellent location – 5-10 minutes to Anichkov Bridge, Nevsky Prospekt, and the Fontanka Embankment; 10-15 minutes to the metro station. The rooms are quite spacious, with a modern, stylish design. Everything you need is included. Everything works perfectly. Cleaning is daily. Cleanliness is excellent. I absolutely loved everything. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful, cozy hotel. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, and the soundproofing is excellent, making them very quiet at night. The appliances, TV, and bathroom fixtures are all new and in good working order. There's a coffee machine in the room (coffee capsules are replenished daily) and a kettle. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help. The breakfasts are beyond praise, and I especially loved the English breakfast and the oatmeal – simply bravissimo! The bed is very comfortable, with a choice of pillows, crisp white linens, and cozy robes. Due to an error with the tour operator, we booked a standard room for three people, but the hotel voluntarily upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge, for which I want to express my deep appreciation and gratitude. Bazilevs is ideally located in the historic center, very convenient for exploring. I really hope we'll return to this wonderful hotel. Thank you, Bazilevs!!!

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with friends in a two-room apartment (I realized my strategic mistake when booking – the room for five was too cramped, I should have booked two). The hotel is new and pleasant, with a great location – within walking distance of Moskovsky Station and the main attractions, on the bustling, bustling Rubinstein Street. However, the hotel is quiet at night. Breakfasts are delicious and filling, and the staff is friendly both in the hotel and in the restaurant. For my birthday, the hotel gave me a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a beautifully presented fruit platter – which was a very nice touch. The room has modern furniture and fixtures. The bathroom has two sinks, which is probably convenient for families with children. There is a shower and a bathtub. The only things the hotel staff needs to address are the poorly draining shower stall and the quality of cleaning (maybe we were just unlucky). The windowsills are dusty, there were "surprises" left under the sofa bed from previous guests, and disposable toiletries weren't provided. Despite these minor issues, I think I'll be back. We stayed at this hotel from February 9th to 19th. The hotel is new and fresh. It has 35 rooms, and even has a room for guests with disabilities. We were on the third floor, with windows facing the courtyard and a slight view of Rubinstein Street and Grafsky Lane. The hotel has an elevator. The floors (and our room) are carpeted, which adds to the comfort by softening the footsteps of those walking with or without suitcases. The room is cleaned daily, and we had no complaints. The hotel is accommodating of early check-in or late check-out, if possible, and can offer this service at no extra charge. In our case, we checked in at 7:00 AM and checked out at 6:00 PM. This was important to us. Our room had air conditioning, but since it was still winter (what kind of winter can you have in St. Petersburg? Rain turns to snow and back again!), we didn't use it. This information will be useful for those planning a summer visit to St. Petersburg. Although, depending on the weather, you might have to turn it on "heating." The room has a kettle, a coffee machine with capsules, and a large LG TV, I think – the picture quality is very good. The hotel's location is on the famous "gastronomic street" of Rubinstein Street, but in the courtyard of building number 7 (which is a plus – the courtyard is entered through a gate with an intercom, which limits the presence of any "full-fed" individuals). It's also practically right next to Nevsky Prospect – it's a leisurely, leisurely walk of about 5 minutes, reading the names of gastronomic establishments. The Fontanka Embankment is about 200 meters away. When ordering a taxi, keep in mind that Rubinstein Street (traffic heading toward Nevsky Prospekt) and Grafsky Lane (traffic heading toward Fontanka Embankment) are one-way streets. To directly reach Nevsky Prospekt, order a taxi to Rubinstein Street, buildings 16, 14, or 7—it's 20 meters from the gate. If you order a taxi to the hotel's address, the taxi will likely park in front of the courtyard gate and may block Grafsky Lane (parking is a problem there). If you're late getting to the car, the driver will "curse" you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the administrator, Victoria, is attentive to guests' requests, Gulya cleans well, and Elizaveta quickly serves dishes and clears away empty plates and cups at breakfast. Oh yeah! About the breakfasts. Several breakfast options are available, which can be combined. Breakfast is brought to your table—for some, this may be a significant factor when choosing a hotel, as not everyone enjoys a buffet with all its pros and cons. We had a comfortable breakfast. Bottom line: If we plan another visit to the city on the Neva, we'll call this hotel first. And then, depending on our luck, we'll book a room if there are any available. Oh yeah! Part 2 You can find inexpensive and delicious food at Liteiny 63, where there's a restaurant called "Na Parakh." It's affordable, clean, fast, and inexpensive. It's a 10-minute walk away. A wonderful new hotel with delicious breakfasts and parking, even though it's located on Rubinstein Street, it's a very quiet place.
