Hôtel de Luxe Majestic Boutique

My first impression of the hotel was disappointing, as the room I was initially assigned felt outdated and did not meet my expectations for a 5-star property. Communication was also sometimes difficult due to language barriers. However, the staff were very friendly and genuinely tried to help. They listened to my concerns and kindly moved me to a larger room, which greatly improved my stay. Their willingness to accommodate my requests changed my overall impression of both the staff and the hotel in a very positive way.

My wife and I stayed from April 1st to 4th, 2026. We stayed in room 306. It was a superior room with nice furniture and a very beautiful interior. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner included. We ate at the main Metropol restaurant; the breakfasts and dinners were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The only downside was the renovation of the hotel's facade, which spoiled the aesthetic impression of our stay. Thanks to the hotel manager, Olga, who personally found us a quiet room.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We've never been disappointed. Excellent location. Excellent service. Excellent customer service. Delicious breakfasts at the Metropol. Regular guests get a 10% discount. If you're in St. Petersburg, stay at the Majestic Boutique.

We were thrilled with this luxurious, stylish hotel with a great location and super-professional staff! The staff's warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness are priceless! You truly feel as if they're waiting for you and making you feel welcome! There's absolutely no feeling like they're skimping on you. :) Everything is top-notch: the welcome drinks, the early check-in offer, the birthday gifts, the gorgeous linens (the branded slippers are a special treat), the thoughtful details in the rooms (there's even a phone charger), and so on. The hotel's Art Deco design perfectly suits the location; it looks elegant, expensive, and characteristically St. Petersburg-style sophisticated. :) And we can't forget the breakfasts. They were a masterpiece! The teamwork between the kitchen and the dining room evokes respect and admiration! The staff are true professionals! Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of the snow-covered rooftops of St. Petersburg, illuminated in the morning by the long-awaited February sun. It was very peaceful and atmospheric. The room was perfectly cleaned and restocked. We chose this hotel while already on the Sapsan train, based on reviews. We are incredibly happy with our choice. It is now our favorite hotel in St. Petersburg! We wish the hotel success and prosperity! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Was in this hotel before and liked it. But last time a guest in the room next to mine was watching TV extremely loud and snoring the whole night after while I was trying to get a minute of sleep being sick. When I called receptionist she said: We don't bother our guests. So now you know if something happens they will NEVER try to resolve an issue and will NEVER be on your side. NEVER AGAIN! Plus, it's super overpriced for a tiny room you get.

We stayed at the hotel from 11/12/25 to 11/20/25, I give it 5 stars, everything was great, but there are also some downsides, firstly, the cleaning in the room, it is always late, you come to the room after a hard day off from work, it is not cleaned yet, on the last day we had to call and demand, this was already at 7 pm, the quality of cleaning itself is excellent, but either there are not enough maids or I don’t know, everything else is 5.
