A hotel to be recommended. Whenever we are in Kragujevac we stay here.

High quality Hotel.

I was a guest at the hotel for almost two weeks, I don't know what to say. The check-in process itself was fine. The room was really big and luxuriously equipped. When it comes to cleanliness, I don't know what to say...the bathroom was cleaned very superficially, there were always stains on the shower glass...the shower gel dispenser wasn't refilled for two days, I used the soap that was left in the bathroom. The cleaning team entered the room and saw that the soap had been used and that the box was empty, but they didn't replace it, nor did they refill the shower gel. In almost two weeks spent, the bed linen was changed only the day before I left the room, there is no logic... Also, for two days I was sick in the room and put up a visible do not disturb sign, but the staff knocked on the door.. I also asked the staff for an iron, and asked if I had to return it immediately, they said after check out...that at almost 10pm someone would knock on my door and demand it. How is it possible that a 4* hotel has one iron for the entire hotel, which is btw all black and sticky from ironing, so it is impossible to use it for ironing white fabrics. As for the breakfast...very basic offer...butter that is outside the fridge is completely soft and melted... Also, cured meats are outside the fridge or some container that can keep the product cold, it is still very hot outside. The staff in charge of breakfast were very unpleasant, without smiles, no energy...EXCEPT ONE LADY WITH BLACK HAIR, who greeted me nicely every morning. A young girl with glasses...urgently going to some training. All in all, the hotel service does not leave the impression of a 4* hotel
