Your response is an attempt to divert attention from the essence of the problem. You claim that fiscal receipts were properly issued, and the entrance receipt was not handed over at the gate during payment. If you claim otherwise, then you can prove it through the fiscal system. A guest who pays for a service has the right to get what he paid for. My child was charged for a meal that was not served in full, and the error was corrected only after my reaction. In addition, the price charged did not correspond to what was ordered. Instead of describing the alleged behavior of the guest, it would be more useful to explain why there are shortcomings in billing and service. It is no coincidence that a large number of guests have complaints about the work of your facility. It is especially frivolous for a person to present himself as a director, while it later turns out that he is not. A professional hotel resolves complaints, and does not compose long justifications and try to shift responsibility to the guest. As someone who paid for the service properly, I expected fair treatment, respect and transparent billing. Unfortunately, I didn't get that. ...Instead of respect for a guest who paid for the service, we got an argument and kicked out of the facility. After this experience, it's completely clear to me why the facility was almost empty during our stay. If this kind of treatment of guests is common practice, I'm not surprised that many decide to spend their money elsewhere. Everyone should judge for themselves whether they want to leave their money in such a place.

Very bad experience at Hotel & Spa Sole Mio. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the whole impression is further worsened by the organization and attitude towards guests, which seems chaotic and uncoordinated. A particularly negative impression is left by the behavior of the person who introduces himself as the director, whose approach to guests was inappropriate and without basic professional culture. Entrance to the spa is charged, but a fiscal receipt was not issued, which is unacceptable for such a facility and raises doubts about the transparency of the payment. The service does not justify the price, and the level of professionalism is below expectations. I do not recommend this facility.

Don't go near, the staff are not kind at all and they're very mean, Manager Vuk is the worst of them all, the pools are very dirty, bad behaviour, the food is extremely bad, The water in the pools is very dirty... do not go near the hotel, and the pools. This isnt even for 1 star. This is for 0 stars.

Great place for a weekend getaway and relaxation, a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only ten minutes by car to the center, rich content, excellent service, highly recommended

Yes, the hotel is very old, and that's part of its charm. It's clear the management is trying to maintain both the hotel and its service level. We chose a triple room for two, which was large; modern hotels don't make rooms as large as they used to be. The staff was friendly. The pools and spa were excellent value for money. Breakfast was standard and prepared individually for each guest. There's no point in describing the flaws, as this hotel immerses you in retrospect, and that's what you need to follow for a great stay!

Since I used to come all the time, now I came after a long time: the sunbeds don't work, the coffee is disgusting, they don't give you a key to the lockers, you have to carry your things with you. It has 4 stars, it's a shame, the service is 0, unfriendly and for 600 dinars, wasted time of about 1 hour, phew!!!
