Hôtel Vigor

The people working at the hotel are wonderful and very kind. Especially Milka and Jasmina from the reception, and the baby from the restaurant. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Novi Sad.

I stayed in a one-bed room for almost a week. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, the internet worked great, and there was always plenty of hot water. That said, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The room feels a bit outdated, and the carpet especially looks like it needs replacing. There was also a strange smell that I noticed almost every day — I assume it’s from a cleaning product. It’s not exactly unpleasant, just… unusual and hard to describe. Noise was another issue. My window faced a busy intersection, and traffic in the morning was quite loud — enough to wake me up earlier than I would have liked. On top of that, the air conditioning worked fine for heating but made a constant buzzing sound that affected my sleep. The bathroom was functional but not very comfortable. The toilet seat was small and awkward, and the shower was quite tight. On the positive side, the radiator kept the bathroom warm, which was nice. Also, the window coverings didn’t block out light very well, so I was often woken up by sunlight in the morning. Overall, it was an okay stay, but for the price, I expected a bit more.
