The hotel is good, clean, and tidy, with friendly staff. You are better off having breakfast elsewhere, as it is very meager at the hotel. The hotel is very centrally located, about 4 minutes to the tram and you can be in the city center in 2 minutes.
The location was very central, and the hotel was clean. There were no slippers, but they brought them upon request.
Nice location, close to everything. We had room out to the street, but didn’t hear much noice from outside. Nice helpful staff. We had cockroaches in the room, both bathroom and next to bed. I mentioned it to the reception, and they told us it was a problem for a week, and they had planned disinfection of the hotel. Bugs, bug, insect
I won't rate the hotel as such, but my family and I stopped at the cafe below the hotel. I have to highlight the service, specifically one waiter, who made our day better with his approach and willingness. Thank you. When we pass by, we will definitely stop by again. There are few places where the service will make you so spontaneously happy.
