Hôtel Gracia Bratislava

An adventure! Ideal if you want to explore your personal limits. We were a diverse group partying in Bratislava. Accordingly, it was perfect that you could rest your head upright against the wall while sitting on the toilet – provided you're short enough to bend your knees straight forward. If you've ever wondered what it feels like to come home from a party at 5 a.m. and find strange socks on your bed and someone else has vomited in your sink, then the Botel is YOUR chance! The reception will give you any key you need. So you can vomit all over the rooms if you like. Less pleasant were the reddish-brown stains on the bed linens. But you can just turn the pillows over. Our friends on the lowest floor tried to tame a bug, but unfortunately, the little thing didn't survive. Where else can you experience something like that?! The restaurant/rooftop bar is permanently closed. Maybe that's a good thing! So, all positives. In short, it was a truly unique adventure. The reception staff were always friendly – ​​what more could you ask for?

It is in a very good location. The bathroom is very small.

The perfect combination. Clean, tidy, and economical rooms. A plus, of course, is the proximity to attractions like the UFO Museum, the Castle, and the Old Town. I highly recommend it! First-class service!

The rooms don't look like the pictures; there's a musty smell in the rooms and hallway. The shower isn't clean. While I was out, someone was in my room and vomited in the bathroom. They also left socks on the bed and scattered coins on the floor. When I spoke to the staff, they just said it could only have been done by my friends and refused to discuss it further. You have to leave your key at reception. When you pick it up, they don't check if you're a guest. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Bed bugs! We reported a bed bug in the morning, and when we came back in the evening they said they’d gone to the room to check and it was “fine”. Despite us having a picture as evidence. We went down to the room and it was clear nobody had been in there at all, and we found another bed bug within a few seconds of looking. Refused to give us a new room so we had to find another hotel at 2 in the morning.

Very pleasant. We stayed at the end of April, during the week. The room was simple but reasonably clean. We were on the lower deck with a view of the Danube. A lovely experience.

The hotel is terrible – the location is good, but that's where the positives end. At least they did some renovations, everything creaks like a boat.

The worst hotel, the worst service, and the price is inflated! There are plenty of other hotel options across the street! I don't recommend it!!

The cabin had decent beds, but the pillows could be better. It had a small sink and a tiny shower, and the cabin floor was carpeted. The windows were locked and couldn't be opened, and the curtains didn't block enough light for sleeping. However, everything was clean, and the location was unbeatable for visiting Bratislava's city center.
