Pub Key (Key Pub)

The bar and the shows they put on are great.

We went to Pub Key Bilbao eager to enjoy the advertised drag show. We arrived around 11:00 PM and, although there weren't many people there at the time, the atmosphere was pleasant and the music was good. We asked what time the show would start and were told it would be at midnight, so we decided to stay and have a drink while we waited. As time passed, the place filled up a bit more, but when we asked again, we were told it wasn't clear if there would be a show. Finally, we waited until 1:00 AM, at which point many people started leaving and there was no performance. We understand that changes or unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we believe it would have been more honest to inform us from the beginning that the show might not happen. Customer service could be improved in that regard. We do appreciate, however, the music and the overall atmosphere, which were the highlights of the night.

A small place but with a great atmosphere. Good service at the bar.

What a fantastic venue and show! We went for a stag do and had a blast. Entry is free and we were able to enjoy the show. Asier was incredibly friendly both on and off stage. A top experience for a night out in Bilbao.
