Hotel Araxa

We stayed for a few days and it was great! The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was very complete, the room was small but okay, and the cleanliness was excellent. We have absolutely no complaints! Highly recommended!

I've been eating, sleeping and having breakfast there for 19 years, 1 or 2 nights a week, about 40 weeks a year. When they close for holidays and do renovations, I have to go to other hotels, I've been to at least 10 others, all in Palma too. The Araxa is the best value for money, and, if we value the common areas and garden-pool, the best, including those with more stars and more expensive ones. No other hotel has such a spacious hall and reception, with the bar and restaurant connected to the garden with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and the entire length of the long walls, which makes you enjoy the sensation of being in connection with the outside, and, on the many days of good weather, having breakfast or dinner outdoors.

We stayed at the Hotel Araxa in Mallorca in November 2024 and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We were particularly impressed by the size of our room. We've rarely experienced so much space in a hotel. All the hotel staff, as well as the restaurant staff, were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and courteous. We always felt welcome. The hotel also impressed us with its culinary offerings. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the evening menus were a highlight every day. We especially loved the charming 1960s style of the hotel. The atmosphere is stylish, cozy, and very welcoming. You can feel that the hotel has a long history. Another plus is the fantastic location. Many sights, Palma's old town, and the harbor are easily accessible, while at the same time, you enjoy a pleasantly quiet environment. Our stay was a complete success. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the warm service, and the special ambiance. Therefore, we have already booked our next stay at the Hotel Araxa. A definite recommendation!

Nice rooms, good breakfast, good location, good atmosphere.

The hotel is kind of old, the rooms are big and clean but not at a 4 star hotel standard. You hear every small noise from outside and other rooms, there is no soundproofing in place. Plenty of room for improvement for the price paid.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location. Its position on the outskirts of Palma guarantees a relaxing stay. Palma's main attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast and dinner met expectations. The rooms are well-maintained. I would gladly return.
