The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. The bathroom was fine and very clean, but the extractor fan was too noisy. The reception staff were very friendly and the terrace was beautiful.

Excellent value for money for this centrally located hotel, close to shops and major attractions like the cathedral and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Friendly staff. Despite its central location, it's on a quiet street, free from noise and crowds.

A hotel recommended by a relative. I booked two nights, the 23rd and 24th, and we experienced a disruption on the AVE high-speed train from Madrid to Seville, which resulted in the service being canceled for 24 hours. We notified the hotel that we wouldn't be arriving and returned to Madrid at 2:00 AM from Córdoba. We requested a refund from Booking.com, but the hotel refused. From what I can see, this hotel is not sensitive to its customers' problems, and I would not recommend it at all. Thank you very much. Two retirees who were staying at your hotel would not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing Room – Far From the Description Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. The room was nothing like what was advertised on the website: small, damp, with a truly unbearable musty smell as soon as we entered. The view overlooked a closed and poorly maintained courtyard—we had the unpleasant surprise of finding a dead pigeon right under our window, which completely ruined the atmosphere. For the price charged, one has the right to expect a minimum level of comfort and cleanliness. This was unfortunately not the case. Avoid this place.

Excellent value for money. Comfortable room: Clean Air-conditioned Small refrigerator available Clean, functional, and modern bathroom (toilet and bathroom in the same room, but... classic). No on-site restaurant, but everything is available nearby. Quiet and very pretty, friendly and helpful reception staff. Simple, understated, and functional room. The lobby was a real gem and deserves a photo all its own. Ideally located (Museum of Fine Arts and El Arenal). In 3 days, we were able to visit all 7 districts of Seville without using public transport.

Good value for money, central location. The room for three people is a bit cramped, but manageable. The third bed is a pull-out bed.

This was a wee gem of a hotel. Although the room was small, it had everything you needed. There was no noise, which i really liked. It was really clean, the cleaners came in daily and you could have clean towels daily if required. On the 2nd floor there was an outdoor area all guests can use. The hotel is close to all the touristy things.
