A very nice and very clean sauna, new facilities and maximum hygiene, great service from the staff, Pablo is a delight

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I felt like doing so because of the excellent service. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, especially Miguel, the waiter, who made the experience even more enjoyable with his warmth and friendliness. It's so nice to find places where you feel well taken care of from the very first moment. PS: Very modern and clean. I'll definitely be back.

I can handle the 20 euros entrance fee, but 5 euros for a beer is outrageous! Even in the best bars in Seville you don't pay so much for so little.

I usually visit saunas in the cities I visit, and this is undoubtedly the best... I wish I could stay longer in Seville!

Good afternoon: I want to start by saying that Cube Sauna is the best sauna I've ever been to. The facilities are spectacular, and the atmosphere is perfect for having fun and enjoying yourself. I've been several times and I recommend it to everyone. However, yesterday afternoon I had a bad experience with the guy at the bar that ruined the rest of my day. I had just showered, and the towel I was carrying was already completely soaked, so I went up to the bar to ask if they could give me a dry one. I asked the guy at the bar when he was in front of me serving another customer a drink, and he didn't seem to hear me. I waited a bit, and when he was right in front of me again, I asked him again, and he continued to pretend not to hear me, while swaying to the music with his head held high. I started to feel very uncomfortable with the situation. At that moment, another guy came out from inside to the bar, and I took the opportunity to ask him if they could give me another towel. He replied that he wasn't at the bar, that I had to ask the other guy (who was right next to him). So I said, "I've asked him a couple of times, and it seems like he's ignoring me." The situation had become completely unbearable, and I felt terrible, but even so, I approached the guy at the bar for the fourth time. He continued to ignore me, not even looking at me, and acting as if I wasn't there. At that point, I couldn't stand the ridicule and contempt I felt any longer, and I turned around to go to reception to ask for the towel. I'm very sorry to have suffered such treatment at your establishment because, as I mentioned at the beginning, I think your sauna is the best I've ever been to, and I trust that this incident was an isolated and unfortunate event that won't happen again. Beautifully clean and tidy. Very friendly and professional staff member greeted me. I found the lighting a bit too dim for me personally. But altogether very good indeed. Bien hecho!

One of the best sauna ive been to in Europe. The entry is a bit expensive but trust me, really worth the price. clean, spacious and very well equipped sauna house. The rest area is the highlight of the entire place, as good as a 5 start vacational site. pity that I went there on a workday morning so only had some fun with one charming local. will visit again if i ever come to Seville

The price isn't cheap, but the worst problem is that I've been in the sauna and left without showering because the shower water was scalding hot and apparently the temperature can't be adjusted. It's a shame that you can't shower in a sauna.
