A pure and simple experience. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately, rooms that smell of old smoke that is being tried to be hidden with spray. Worn out spaces that need to be renovated. The breakfast was very boring, the worst I have experienced in Sweden. The bread was cold and tasteless. We slept well in the beds but it feels like you are in an apartment, maybe it was once upon a time. Plus to the staff and your waffle buffet..

Had booked and paid for the wrong date, still had to pay full price for a room that was twice as expensive, so it was 300% more expensive.

It's a bit of a lottery when it comes to which room you get, some rooms are very nice while in others it feels like you're sleeping in the middle of the room, bad feng shui. The toilets are fresh but a deeper cleaning wouldn't have been amiss. The shower was cramped and there was no towel for the floor and feet, so the whole floor got very wet. There was a slight but noticeable smell of mold in the corridor on the 3rd floor. The room was warm on arrival, the windows can be opened but the air intake/fan on the roof next door is very loud. The staff at the reception were very nice and felt cheerful despite my late arrival, all credit to them. Overall, quite okay

Perfect location. Nice and clean hotel with good service. Good breakfast (except cold!! scrambled eggs) but a little too cold in the breakfast room.

A very nice centrally located hotel, comfortable beds in a slightly different room, but cozy. Good and nice breakfast buffet. Service-minded receptionist.
