It says free waffle buffet every evening on their website which is not true and TV4 on the TV is not available but TV channels from Denmark and Norway are available this time but no more we live here under all criticism

I sent three night at the hotel not once room was cleaned.

The staff was always nice and helpful. But the rooms need a major makeover. There were stains on the walls and sheets and dust everywhere. The corridor also needs it and the reception felt dirty and untidy with information on pieces of paper held up with yellow tape..

Affordable hotel. Good rooms. Quiet hotel. Very good and extensive breakfast buffet. Parking in the underground garage is available for a fee. Very friendly staff.

Very expensive hotel in relation to what you get for 1650 SEK on a weekday. The hotel feels worn out and is in great need of renovation. It was difficult to enjoy the otherwise beautiful view of Lake Vänern because the windows were dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time. In addition, both traffic and people from the street can be heard clearly in the room. Unfortunately not something I can recommend.

Nice staff in the lobby. Very worn hotel with frayed dirty carpets in the corridors and stairs. The rooms are spartanly furnished. The beds are hard but ok but the pillows are high hard and very uncomfortable. I got a headache and a stiff neck that woke me up after only three hours in bed. Horrible! I had to roll up my down jacket in one of the pillowcases to be able to fall back asleep. Not a good sleep! Breakfast for me as a gluten intolerant was not a pleasant experience. The two plastic-wrapped gray dry slices of bread that were intended for gluten intolerant were next to a plate of croissants - easy to make a mistake, when the table was separate for different allergies but the gluten-free very pitiful selection was on the coffee table! The scrambled eggs did not contain flour according to the staff but it had more of an omelette consistency to it and did not taste good. The bacon was swimming in its fat. It was thus a pretty inedible gluten-free breakfast. I ate cucumber slices, watermelon, smoked ham and oranges and my little thin body would have needed a little more, but it's hard to eat when it doesn't look or taste good! So a terrible rating for the breakfast for me. My daughter who doesn't have to eat gluten free had more to choose from but the pancakes were thick and dry. But at least she had acceptable bread to choose from. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It needs to be refreshed, the pillows need to be replaced with more normal pillows and you need to switch things up with the breakfast and maybe think about if the bread doesn't look appetizing to someone maybe you should buy something that looks more appetizing!
