Hôtel Seehof Arosa

A beautifully decorated hotel. I had a single room with a large bed. It's just a short walk from the town center. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was still closed, but there are some nice restaurants nearby. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Despite the delay, check-in was very straightforward. A highlight is the many squirrels that occasionally visit you on the balcony :)

A lovely house, very pleasant welcome. The room was truly beautiful and unique, and the breakfast was excellent in a sun-drenched room. The breakfast buffet could be a bit more cheerful and discreet. And especially in our room, simply replacing the bathroom fixtures would have made a world of difference to the overall impression. 😉

We booked 3 nights including half board. The dinner selection was very limited, and we had to pay extra for each menu item. The room had several stains that we removed with a regular paper towel and water. The bed linen was moldy. When we spoke to the manager about it, he simply said he would look into it, but in our opinion, he wasn't really interested. The cleaning staff had already left the hotel by lunchtime, even though we had informed them the day before that our dogs would be alone in the room until around 3 pm and asked them to clean it afterward. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the ski bus was excellent. It meant we didn't have to walk to the station.

One star is too much! No respect, outrageous behavior! Poor public relations with advertising on the bus!!!
