Wonderful host couple and super friendly staff. They also offer delicious meals prepared with great care. We love coming back to this house again and again :-)

We felt very comfortable from beginning to end! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and we can also recommend the restaurant. Superb location right on the slopes!

Very friendly, clean and beautiful. Dogs are welcome and the food is good, the cordon bleu is excellent.

Beautiful rooms with good comfort. Good food. The entire lunchtime process with the online menu is very efficient. Efficient ordering and payment procedures. I stayed at Hotel Erzhorn on two different dates over the past two weeks, and both stays were simply fantastic. Tanja and Marc are outstanding hosts! Always friendly, warm, and attentive. You can immediately tell that they are passionate about their work and truly make their guests' stays special. The entire team is also very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have a unique, cozy charm. The location right next to the ski slope is perfect; it couldn't be better for skiers. An absolute highlight is the restaurant: The cuisine is simply amazing – high-quality, lovingly prepared, and incredibly delicious. In short: A hotel with heart, personality, and a prime location. I would love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Erzhorn!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Erzhorn in Arosa. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you immediately feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner in the hotel restaurant was also delicious. Our room was beautiful and very clean; we particularly liked the large bathroom. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay—we'd love to come back!
