The hotel is nice, it has a small gym, and the breakfast is varied, although nothing special. The worst thing is the mattress and pillow, which don't allow you to rest properly. Furthermore, it's located in the upper part of Lausanne, so knowing that there are elevators 150 meters away at Pont Béssieres that go down to Rue Centrale is crucial to avoid ending up exhausted… the experience of staying at this hotel cannot be described as good!

Comfortable rooms, located between two M2 metro stations (it's best to get off at Ours, take the elevator, and walk down the street. Otherwise, you have to walk all the way back up). A minor drawback is the breakfast, which is a bit limited and expensive compared to the croissant and coffee option.

Perfect location, a 2-minute walk from the Ours metro station. Partial lake view from the upper floors, fairly quiet area. Spacious and clean room, but it's a shame there's carpet. The sink in the room isn't very smart; if you're alone, it's no problem, but if you're two, it disturbs and wakes the other person. Cold room, impossible to adjust the air conditioning, we were told. Breakfast was quite good. However, they didn't replenish what was sold out, like the dispenser for jam, fruit, and cakes, at 9 am when they were supposed to finish at 11.

Very pleasant atmosphere and room with a view of Lake Geneva and the mountains. Excellent!

Excellent service, the receptionist was polite and kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the chocolate fountain was delicious—I kept going out just to get hot chocolate from it. I slept very comfortably. 100% recommended, and the price was excellent. Beautiful place.

Excellent location, they have free chocolate fondue at the entrance. They give small chocolate bars to all guests.
