Extremely clean rooms which were in great condition. Rooms were a bit tight but certainly manageable. Everyone on the staff was very helpful & friendly. Location is great, basically right in Old Town Zurich. Free coffee available & drinks that were in our fridge when we arrived were free. Everything in the bathroom was extremely clean and was in pristine condition. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good hotel, the receptionist was very friendly. Well located and quiet. The breakfast was very good and satisfactory.

Room smelled like smoke but we were in a non smoking room. The service was phenomenal though, everyone was so friendly. Location is close to the train station but wow was it noisy. Lotsss of bar activity coming from below and not a lot of noise insulation.

Great location in the heart of the Niederdorf district, just a few minutes from the main train station. Friendly team, central location, good value for money.

A great 3 star hotel. Clean, central location, all day/night free espresso, tea, sparkling and still water in the foyer. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Delicious breakfast with Bircher muesli, fresh fruit, 4 cold cuts & 2 cheeses, assorted breads and fresh pastries, scrambled eggs chipolatas & bacon. Espresso machine too. Right in the heart of numerous restaurants all in walking distance, 50m from Limmat river. 600m from Bahnhof.

I overlooked the rest of the reviews given, this hotel is not well maintained, rooms can be small is fine but the cleanliness is a must any hotel. The toilet flush is not good, the room is dusty, the room is tiny and stuffy.

The staff are incredibly. Very attentive and always there to attend to everyone and ever query. Perfect location, in the middle of town and accessible to everywhere. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

I had a satisfying day in every aspect.

It’s verging on a budget hotel, certainly not luxurious, but it’s clean, the breakfast is decent, the staff are friendly, and the location is excellent. If that’s what you want then I’d recommend the Alexander.
