Hôtel Kindli

Difficult to get to with city zoning stopping most traffic from station or airport, so you have to walk 5-10 mins, this hotel is quaint, service good and warm, location good for getting to main shopping and sightseeing once you arrive. Breakfast great but main issue was value, the rooms significantly over priced for size of room, quality and amenities offered.

Fantastic hotel right next to the Lindenhof. Alex at reception is an absolutely outstanding host and concierge. Breakfast was 5*+ Dinner was 5*++ I'd love to come back. Thanks again for the warm welcome, Alex; you're a true gentleman.

A unique and special hotel in the heart of the old city. The staff is charming and happy to help with any request, the room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, the breakfast is excellent and the proximity to everywhere allows you to travel on foot without public transportation. Highly recommended.

It's a hotel that's close enough to get you anywhere in Zurich city center on foot, with parking just a 7-minute walk away, stylish rooms and comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. I highly recommend trying the hotel restaurant for dinner.

Hotel in the heart of the old town, yet quiet. Recommended restaurant.

The staff were all wonderful and friendly, and the location is hard to beat in the center of Old Town. However, there are issues with the facilities that need addressing for the price they are asking. There is almost no sound proofing in the walls, so you can hear your neighbor's TV and doors closing. The pipes rattle and sound like someone knocking on your door at random times of the day. The water temperature in the shower is extremely variable, and will go from burning to freezing within a few seconds. I think this could easily be a 5- star location if the plumbing and sound proofing were addressed.

Great little hotel in a really good location. Really clean and well looked after, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and the complimentary drinks in the room fridge was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here.
