Hôtel Palm

Everything is very clean. I stay here every time I come to Istanbul. The staff are very attentive. It's a hotel where 1-2 people can comfortably stay for 2-3 days while traveling. I recommend it to everyone.

I wish it had been slippers... I opened the duvet and found hair and other lint inside. Also, we happened to find it under renovation; the room had been painted but not cleaned.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT. DON'T GO THERE. WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM, EVERYTHING WAS FILTHY; THEY GAVE US A ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF A CONSTRUCTION SITE. THE TOWELS SMELLED TERRIBLE. THERE WERE NO SLIPPERS OR SOAP IN THE ROOM. IN SHORT, IT'S A DISGRACE. DON'T GO THERE, YOU'LL REGRET IT.

🛏️ Rooms I'm writing this review as someone who has stayed here twice, recommended two different guests, and experienced two different room types. Since the building is old and historic, it's quite normal to have some limitations in certain areas. Therefore, I can understand the shortcomings stemming from the structure. However, I really can't say anything negative about the room cleaning and maintenance. Considering the price paid, the accommodation experience is quite sufficient and satisfying. I think the price-performance balance is achieved at this point. 👥 Service I definitely can't say anything negative about the staff. The moment you walk through the door, you feel their interest, sincerity, and good intentions. When there is any problem or request, they approach it in a solution-oriented way and help quickly. This makes the stay quite comfortable. The breakfast could be much better if improved. To be honest, it would be more accurate to consider the service provided as "snacks" rather than "breakfast." However, looking at the overall picture, it is still acceptable in terms of price-performance. 📍 Location Located right in the heart of Taksim, it's in a very advantageous spot in terms of transportation and surrounding amenities. Considering its location and price, it's definitely a good choice. 📌 Overall Assessment Personally, I can say I was satisfied, keeping my expectations for breakfast a little lower. If I hadn't been satisfied, I wouldn't have stayed there a second time, nor would I have recommended it to others with such confidence.

This was a hotel where I stayed alone for the weekend. It's extremely safe, located in Beyoğlu, just 2 minutes from Taksim Square. The staff are friendly, and you can get prompt responses to your requests. If I need to stay in Taksim again, this will be my choice once more. Thank you everyone.

Good location near Taksim Square. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. Shower and windows need to be improved. Perfect for those who don’t spent too much time in the room: shower, sleep and city exploring.
