Hôtel Rocklea

Good location, ten minute walk to the beach, bars and the piers, I had a small room but that was fine I was only there for a day and a night, private shower and toilet in the room, the bed was so so and not very comfy to sleep in, but that was ok it was for one night only, good security locks on my room and the front doors, excellent breakfast in the morning, no issues or fuss with taking the tomatoes off and giving me an extra Hash brown, lots of toast and cereal if you want it, very friendly and polite owners, made myself and my friend very welcome and a very nice farewell when we left, which was very kind of them, I have not had that before.

Stayedhear for a few times a year was up there last weekend for there lovly rooms and amazing breakfast of Dave we be going up aging next year thank u lovly stay Donna and Joe and Eluned xxxx

Cant thank bernice enough for her wonderul hospitality last night. We stayed for one night and omg was blown away with how beautiful the bedroom is, it was definitely a home from home and had everything we needed. Bed was so clean comfy and good size Thanks Bernice so much x

Beautiful b&b but it was the hosts who made the trip for me. I loved them, such a beautiful couple. Rooms were very cosy. Had everything you need and more, lovely bed, great shower and a lovely English breakfast. Will definitely return to Rocklea

Great hotel lovely welcome nothing to much bother quite road 10 min walk from the front and all shops and restaurants clean comfortable rooms lovely breakfast great hosts .

Can’t thank Bernice, Dave and family enough for our 2 night stay over this bank holiday 24-25 May 25. Such a warm welcome, amazing rooms, delicious breakfast, fab hospitality and superb location. Nothing is too much trouble. We left as friends and will return as friends. Highly recommend ! x

I rang the Rockley hotel at lunchtime today & asked the gentleman that answered the phone (Graham) if I could book direct. I had found the room I wanted on the Rockley website, but am not good with technology. He said he was out, & would ring me back around 6pm. I gave him all my details plus the dates & duration of our stay which was 4 nights, along with the price stated on the website. When it got to 8pm I rang to ask if he had forgotten to ring me. My call wasn't answered, I went back on the website & realised why. The price for the room had increased by £42. Definitely not good business practice

Visited for magic convention. Room perfect, included everything needed and more. Room clean, warm and comfortable. Owners lovely people and nothing too much trouble. Free parking. Situated 10 minutes walk from winter gardens. Breakfast beautiful in a lovely dining room. Would definitely return
