Richmond Hill Hotel

Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable stay for my birthday. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and kind - leaving me a thoughtful card, small gift and arranging for a connected room with my friend. We loved relaxing in your beautiful bar and the evening meal was truly fabulous - I partly selected your hotel due to the exciting menu and it did not disappoint! It was nice to see plenty of vegan options too for breakfast. Overall, we felt our stay was good value and would definitely return!

Stunning hotel and location

We stayed at the Richmond Hill Hotel the night before and after our wedding. I only mentioned it to them to ask for a later check out, but wow they took this piece of information and totally ran with it and treated us and our guests like royalty during our entire stay!! The staff could not have been nicer, they gave us a stunning room, and nothing was too much to ask for! The beds are incredibly comfortable, as are the bathrooms. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Even my parents, who have very high standards, are still raving about their stay. In terms of location, you are right by the most beautiful view of Richmond for a stroll, Thank you again for making our stay even more memorable and incredible than expected! We'll be sure to be back for anniversaries :)

Fantastic hotel, with the best parking in the area (£15). Quid-Pro-Quo, it’s a bit isolated so long walks or Ubers required. Food is excellent but not cheap.

Loved our stay here. Couldnt fault it - beautiful interiors, great location, helpful staff and excellent food and drink. Wonderfully peaceful yet with everything on your doorstep. We enjoyed Richond, Petersham nurseries and Kew Gardens.

This isa lovely elegant hotel, perfect for a weekend break. Richmond is a wonderful location for holiday makes and this property is a lovely old world property. with modern facilities. Great breakfast buffet. Staff are professional and happy to help.
